We provide a online portal which can be used by the administrators to view all the exams, authors and candidates created using Computer Based Test Software. Online portal also provide options to view results of all the students who have taken the exams, their scores and detailed anaylysis of each result. Please view the detailed help file for Reports/Statistics to know each feature in detail.
Admin can login into his account at Admin Control Panel to view results and statistics.
The email id and password registered as "Admin" while using Computer Based Test Software should be used to login into the control panel.
On successful login you will be given options to:
1. View Exam Created : Get a list of all the exams you have created using Computer Based Test Software.
You can also get Statistics of that exam based on following :
All exam results
Performance analysis for each result.
Time analysis for each result.
Category wise time analysis
Reviewing questions along with selected answers and explanations.
On selecting "Exams Created" option in Admin control panel you will be presented with the list of exams you have created using Computer Based Test Software application.
Click on "View Result Stats" link to get a list of all the results.
To view the detailed analysis of any result click on "Get analysis" link next to that result.
Result Analysis page has 4 section each of which show a diffrent type of analysis.
Result Summary : This section show the summary of the selected result including score and percentage obained.
Click on "Review Questions" link to review all the questions in exam taken as shown below.
Performance Analysis : This section show the selected result on a scale with score obained, minimum score and cutoff score as shown below.
Time Analysis : This section show the time total and average time taken for correctly answered, incorrectly answered and un answered questions as shown below.
Question wise Analysis : This section show the correctly answered, incorrectly answered and unanswered questions alomg with time taken for each question as shown below.
2. View Students list :Get full list of students you have added using Computer Based Test Software. Also, see which group(s) each student is assigned to.
On selecting "Students list" option in Admin control panel you will be presented with the list of all the students you have added using Computer Based Test Software application.
3. View Groups list :Get full list of groups you have added using Computer Based Test Software.
View all the exams/sub tests each group is assigned to and list of all students present in each group.
On selecting "Group list" option in Admin control panel you will be presented with the list of all the groups you have added using Computer Based Test Software application.
Click on "Get Student List" link to view all the students present in selected group.
4. View Author list :Get full list of authors you have added using Computer Based Test Software. Also, see which exam(s) each author is associated with.
On selecting "Author list" option in Admin control panel you will be presented with the list of all the authors you have added using Computer Based Test Software application.
